The Jacaru 1001 Kangaroo hat is made from a premium, full grain kangaroo leather. You can expect it to provide excellent protection from the harsh Australian sun and its classic Aussie style will complement any outfit. Kangaroo leather is the most durable, meaning it will last yet remains soft and lightweight keeping it comfortable. Hand made in Australia.
This is not my first Jacaru hat - I loved my first so much I wanted a second in black. It looks great, it fits well (this has been a challenge for me with hats) and it will be coming all round Europe with me this autumn!

What is there more to say, the product say's it all. When I recieved it was in smaller box than i expected, but when i took it out it was perfect, which tell's me it will hold it's shape. Several people has ask me about it, they cannot belive how light it is. when they ask what type of leather ,I tell them it's kangaroo, and I get a strange look, then I explane to them kangaroo's to ya'll are like our whitetail deer here up in the hill contry of Texas. In the process of deciding my next color.

Came with some scratches/scuffs but not really a big deal, only issue is after around a month of use the cheap hot glue used to hold the band on has failed causing it to fall off and be loosely sitting on the hat
