Please note that Australia Post Express services exclude some regional and non-mainland locations. All domestic online orders are sent by Australia Post and require a signature on delivery, unless authority to leave is provided to Australia Post to deliver without a signature. Please ensure your parcel is shipped to a location you will be available at, otherwise your parcel may need to be collected at your local post office.

All international orders are sent via Australia Post. Express Courier International services are available on request for an additional fee.

Duties & Import charges

All our shipments are classified as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), which means the buyer is responsible for paying import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival.
