By using a soft measuring tape, measure the circumference of your head just above your ears and refer to the size guide below. If you are in between sizes go up to the larger size. You can always place a sweatband or size reducer (purchase from our accessories here) in the front and or back of the hat. After 5 years of daily use my first 1019 summer breeze hat ( mushroom) is still in great condition albeit a little grubby from daily use in the dirt - dust & rain so I’ve just received my new 1019 summer breeze hat ( Sand ) to use as my going out to social gatherings on weekends or dinner with the wife . These are the best hats I’ve ever worn light weight comfortable great for country or the man about town . Jacaru hats well made with quality Australian materials .
