After being gifted a Jacaru hat that lasted me for years and years, the time finally came to replace my old faithful friend. As an educator, and with super thick hair, I often find it hard to find a hat that fits and ticks all the categories required. However I went ahead and stuck with what I knew and purchased a new Jacaru 1111 Roo Nomad. I love the soft texture of the leather. The hat fits perfectly and I’m not left with a headache after hours of wear, like I have had with other brands. The function to fold and stuff is perfect to fit in my work back and it “springs” back into shape as soon as I go to put it on.
I will definitely be recommending to anyone who will listen!

Fits perfectly to sizing. Great style currently wearing it outdoors. Had a slight deformity on the front. A simple workaround was to hold it by the brim when putting it on, instead of the top. Overall brilliant comfortable hat..

This is definitely quality craftmanship at its best...no contest !! Have a few hats...both Australian made and others, but this is simply the best leather one I've owned...!! Keeps its shape, very comfortable to wear and quite waterproof... Is sustainably 'sourced', meaning that no animal was hunted down for the purpose of creating apparel for humans (a must for me !!) !! Do recommend this... also, superquick delivery is a bonus 😃.
