Delivery times
We endeavour to have all online orders dispatched within 24-48 hours of order placement. Please note that some exotic hats are custom made and may take 3-4 days in production.

Please note that Australia Post Express services exclude some regional and non-mainland locations. All domestic online orders are sent by Australia Post and require a signature on delivery, unless authority to leave is provided to Australia Post to deliver without a signature. Please ensure your parcel is shipped to a location you will be available at, otherwise the parcel may have to be collected at your local post office.
All international orders are sent via Australia Post. Express Courier International services are available on request for an additional fee.
Duties & Import charges
Depending on country, VAT, import duties or incoming freight taxes may apply which are payable by the customer.
All our shipments are classified as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), which means the buyer is responsible for paying import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival.
We appreciate that this might add unknown amounts to an order, however as a small business we simply do not have the resources to keep on top of all the different taxes and fees all over the world.

Neither we, nor shipping providers (like Australia Post), take any responsibility for lost or stolen parcels. We strongly recommend that you take out shipping insurance to protect your parcels against all eventualities.
